Table of context
Legal services break online for two reasons: trust and workflow.
Most sites ask people to “contact us” and then push everything into WhatsApp calls, PDFs, and manual back-and-forth. Users drop because they’re unsure what happens next - and legal teams waste hours cleaning messy intake before they can even start.
Law4Us needed more than a marketing site. It needed a production platform that:
guides users through a sensitive process without confusion
captures structured data (not free-text chaos)
reduces admin load with automation
keeps lawyers in control of decisions and quality
We built a guided, end-to-end platform where automation handles the repetitive parts - and lawyers step in where judgment matters.
Users move through a clear multi-step intake, the system creates a structured case, AI assists with claim drafting from the collected inputs, and the operation runs on routing + statuses instead of ad-hoc messages.
The result is a legal experience that feels simple on the surface - and runs on a real workflow engine underneath.
We treated Law4Us like a startup build, not a “website project”.
1) Product & workflow design
We mapped the case lifecycle (intake → review → missing info → payment → booking → active case) and designed the routing + statuses so the team can actually operate at scale.
2) Conversion-first UX
Multi-step intake with clear progress, tight microcopy, and branching logic — optimized for completion and trust on mobile.
3) AI + automation layer
AI-assisted claim creation produces structured, reviewable drafts from user inputs (human-in-the-loop by design). Automations handle notifications, status changes, and repetitive admin steps.
4) Production build
Next.js + Supabase + Sanity on Vercel — built for reliability, speed, and iteration. Tracking hooks were added to measure drop-off and improve the funnel over time.
This launch delivered a real operating system for the business - not just a new look.
What changed:
A clear path from visitor → completed intake (less confusion, less drop-off)
Structured cases the legal team can review quickly
Faster first-draft creation with AI-assisted claims
Less manual chasing thanks to integrated workflow + automation
A foundation built to iterate and scale (content/SEO + analytics)
